New documentation repo

I've been tidying-up and automating my doxygen scripts, and have created a GIT repo to hold the auto-generated API docs.

There's a copy on github that you can access here:

..and I've built myself some scripts so that I can easily push changes to both the github repo and the standard docs folder on the website:
http://www.rawmaterialsoftware.com/juce/api/classes.html

So that means I'll be keeping the docs much more up-to-date than they have been in the past!

Due to popular demand, I've also put my doxygen config files in the repo, in case that's of use to anyone (although since it'll all be up-to-date now anyway, there's probably not really much point in trying to build the docs yourself).
