    Rapidly becoming legendary, The Periodic Table of Cheeses began as an attempt to classify the vast array of commercially-available cheeses on the market.

By using a strict tabular structure to show cheeses from 'soft' to 'hard' - including spaces left for as-yet-undiscovered-but-theoretical-cheeses, the Periodic Table of Cheeses also features a biography of the table's creator, the blind Russian cook Anatoli Grigor Konchalovsky.
