The Bailiffscourt hotel in Climping, near Arundel in Sussex, was built in 1931 for Lord Moyne, head of the Guinness family. In 2003, architects John Cooper Associates were commissioned to build a new spa and health centre, along with extra accommodation and other redevelopment work to this listed building. The panoramic image seen here was taken in the lobby area of the new Bailiffscourt Spa, and shows the large interior pool and hot tubs, along with the treatment rooms, stairs to the balcony area and swingin' 1970s bubble-chairs straight off the set of Gerry Anderson's 'U.F.O'. |
