This Archive section of the Painting by Numbers website is protected by a low-level security measure, along the lines of a rubber padlock, which is simply intended to dissuade casual onlookers from rummaging around.

Although there is absolutely nothing of a sensitive nature in the archive, the files are only to be accessed either by people that know Philip Meehan, or people that don't know who he is but have enough spare time on their hands to actually be bothered to hack their way in. I simply couldn't be bothered to password-protect it all properly.
